Your Commitment to us
When you confirm your booking, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Museum of Lincolnshire Life and yourself.

  • Tickets are non-transferable.
  • Only in exceptional circumstances and subject to availability can your booking be changed.
  • Visitors who leave the site during their booked time slot will not be able to re-enter without booking another session.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Online Booking
Once booked on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. There will be a restriction on the numbers of visitors entering the Museum at any given time.

Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

Access

Please bring along your booking reference number, printed copy or your e-ticket.

Access to certain areas of Museum of Lincolnshire Life may be restricted due to adverse weather conditions. Restrictions may also occur during special events.

During current Covid restrictions, the following areas will be available to visitors:

  • The Gift Shop.
  • Domestic Wing.
  • The Regimental Galleries.
  • The Transport Gallery.
  • The Agricultural and Industry Gallery.
  • Commercial Row.
  • Upstairs Gatehouse Galleries.
  • The Play Area
  • Baby changing facilities will be available on request.

During Covid restrictions, the following areas will be inaccessible:

  • The Cafe will be closed until further notice.
  • The i-guides will not be available.

Safety and Hygiene measures.

Due to current government NHS test and trace regulations please be aware that you and all members of your group over the age of 16 will be required to scan the NHS QR code on site. These are retained for twenty one days and then securely destroyed.

The health and safety of our visitors and staff is always our top priority and we fully comply with government guidelines to protect all visitors.

  • Anyone showing signs of Covid 19 will not be given access to the Museum.
  • All staff will wear face coverings and visitors will be encouraged to do so too. 
  • A hand sanitizer station will be placed at the main entrance.
  • A hand sanitizer will be provided at the shop/reception desk.
  • The disabled toilet will be available on request and will be well stocked with hand soap and paper towels.
  • Toilets will be kept clean on a regular basis.
  • Staff will ensure that door handles and door push buttons are regularly cleaned throughout the day.
  • A perspex screen will be on the shop counter to protect staff and customers.
